Ceiling light 24W – ring, black, CRI98

RIO 55 is a ceiling-mounted LED light with a distinctive visual signature: a slim black aluminium profile forms an open ring, balanced by a compact cylindrical ceiling mount. The design avoids the weight of a traditional shade and instead draws the eye with a clean architectural line.

The black finish gives the fixture a sharp, graphic presence against light ceilings, while the narrow 0.8 cm profile keeps the ring refined rather than heavy. With its 55/61 cm proportions and 13 cm overall height, RIO 55 works well above a dining table, in a living room, over a circulation area or in a contemporary workspace where the light should also act as a sculptural detail.

The integrated 24W LED source delivers 2842 lumens, giving the fixture enough output for everyday use without losing its elegant silhouette. Its 4000K neutral white tone keeps interiors crisp and balanced: cooler than warm decorative lighting, but softer and more natural than a clinical office effect.

Colour rendering is one of this model’s strongest qualities. With CRI98, RIO 55 presents materials with impressive accuracy, so black metal, painted walls, wood surfaces and textiles retain their intended tone under the light. The illuminated inner edge of the ring also gives the fixture depth, especially when viewed from below.

The aluminium body reinforces the precise, modern look seen in the product images, where the matte black surface and slim luminous line create a controlled contrast. It is a fixture for interiors that rely on clean forms, visible details and carefully chosen accents rather than decorative excess.

RIO 55 can also be ordered with control options such as remote control, app control, DALI or PUSH DIMM. That makes it suitable for both private homes and planned lighting projects where dimming and control integration matter from the start.
