Product Return and Exchange Policy

1. General Provisions

UAB „Lighting Brothers" (toliau — Pardavėjas) įsipareigoja pašalinti parduotų prekių trūkumus, pakeisti nekokybiškas prekes arba priimti jas atgal, vadovaudamasi Lietuvos Respublikos civiliniu kodeksu, Vartotojų teisių apsaugos įstatymu, Mažmeninės prekybos taisyklėmis, patvirtintomis 2014 m. liepos 22 d. LR Vyriausybės nutarimu Nr. 738, ir kitais taikytinais teisės aktais.

2. Return and Exchange of Quality Products

The Buyer has the right within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of product delivery to withdraw from the distance selling contract without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided by law (Civil Code Article 6.22810 para.).

In addition, quality products, if the Buyer so desires, may be exchanged or returned within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery to the Buyer.

3. Return Conditions

Quality products may be returned only if:

  • The product is in its original, undamaged packaging (does not apply when returning a defective product)
  • The product has not been damaged by the Buyer
  • The product has not been used and retains its commercial appearance (labels, packaging and protective films are intact)
  • The product has all original components and documents

4. Return Procedure

To return a product, the Buyer must:

  1. Contact the Seller by email labas@led.lt or by phone and submit a return request.
  2. Provide the product purchase document (invoice or order confirmation).
  3. Grąžinti prekę Pardavėjui adresu: Panerių g. 44, Vilnius.

The return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer, unless the product is returned due to the Seller's fault (incorrect or defective product delivered).

Refund for the returned product is transferred to the Buyer's designated bank account within 14 days from the date the product is returned and received at the Seller's warehouse.

5. Additional Conditions

  • The Seller has the right to refuse products if these return conditions are not met.
  • Custom-made or individually configured quality products are not exchangeable or returnable, except when the product is defective.
  • The right of return does not apply to products that, by their nature, become inseparable from other items after delivery (e.g., installed LED strips).

6. Return of Defective Products

Defective products are returned and exchanged in cases provided by Articles 6.363 and 6.364 of the Civil Code. The Buyer has the right to demand:

Free repair of product defects (repair the product)
A proportional reduction in the product price
Replacement of the product with an equivalent product of proper quality
A refund and cancellation of the purchase-sale contract

If it is determined that product defects arose due to improper use, storage or actions of third parties, the product will not be exchanged and no refund will be issued.

The product warranty period is specified in the product description or accompanying documentation. If no warranty period is specified, a 2 (two) year warranty period applies from the date of product delivery (according to Article 6.338 of the Civil Code).

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes between the Buyer and the Seller are resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the Buyer has the right to contact:
