Terms of Service

Šios paslaugų teikimo sąlygos (toliau – Sąlygos) nustato naudojimosi UAB „Lighting Brothers" (toliau – Pardavėjas) elektronine parduotuve led.lt (toliau – Parduotuvė) tvarką ir sąlygas.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By using our website or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the Terms, please do not use our services.

Pirkimo–pardavimo sutartis tarp Pirkėjo ir Pardavėjo laikoma sudaryta nuo to momento, kai Pirkėjas, išsirinkęs prekę(-es), suformavęs prekių krepšelį, nurodęs pristatymo adresą, pasirinkęs apmokėjimo būdą ir susipažinęs su šiomis Sąlygomis, paspaudžia mygtuką „Užsakyti".

Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is registered and stored in the Store's database.

• The Buyer has the right to purchase products in the Store in accordance with these Terms.
• The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information necessary for order fulfillment.
• The Buyer undertakes to accept ordered products and pay the agreed price.
• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale contract in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
• The Buyer must review the product description information provided by the Seller.

• The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the Store.
• The Seller undertakes to deliver the products ordered by the Buyer to the specified address within the specified time.
• The Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the Store's operations, having informed Buyers in advance.
• The Seller has the right to cancel an order if the Buyer provides incorrect or incomplete information.
• The Seller has the right to amend these Terms, informing about changes on the Store's website.

Product prices in the Store are indicated in euros, including VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices. The product price valid at the time of order placement applies to the Buyer.

Payment is available in the following ways:

Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer. Delivery times are indicated in the order confirmation.

The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties (courier services) or incorrect information provided by the Buyer.

The Buyer undertakes to accept the products personally or ensure that the products are accepted by an authorized person. If the Buyer cannot accept the products personally and the products are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to claim that the products were delivered to an improper person.

Product return and exchange conditions are set out in a separate document — Product Return and Exchange Policy.

The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of data provided in the registration form. The Buyer assumes responsibility for actions performed using the Store.

The Seller is not responsible for information provided on other companies' websites, even if the Buyer accesses these websites through links in the Seller's Store.

The Seller is released from any liability in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, disregarding the Seller's recommendations and their own obligations, did not review these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes arising from the performance of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached – in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the moment of their publication on the Store's website.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
