Wall lamp 50 cm – round form, sage finish, glass shade

This wall lamp has a calm, sculptural presence built around a large sage-coloured steel disc and a rounded white glass shade. With its 50 cm format, it does more than simply light a wall: it gives the surface a defined decorative centre, making the fixture feel considered and intentional.

The sage finish brings a soft natural tone into the room without becoming visually heavy. It pairs well with white walls, warm neutrals, pale timber, stone textures and muted contemporary interiors. The circular silhouette keeps the look gentle, making it especially effective in rooms where straight furniture lines need a softer counterpoint.

The white glass shade sits forward from the coloured disc, creating a clean central glow when fitted with a G9 LED bulb up to 8 W. Because the bulb is not included, the final mood can be shaped with the lamp you choose: warmer light for bedrooms and lounges, or a clearer tone for corridors and transitional spaces.

At 14 cm deep, the design has enough projection to create visible dimension on the wall. The shade appears to float slightly above the sage backplate, while the surrounding surface picks up delicate shadows and reflections. This gives the lamp a refined look both switched on and off.

The combination of steel and glass suits modern interiors that favour simple shapes and tactile materials. Rated IP20, the lamp is intended for dry indoor spaces such as living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, stair areas or reading corners. AKE 50 sage works best where the wall itself is part of the composition and the lighting should feel calm, rounded and quietly distinctive.
