Wall lamp 50 cm – round, beige, opal glass globe

The AKE wall lamp has a calm, sculptural presence built around a large 50 cm round backplate and a smooth opal glass globe. Its beige finish softens the clean geometry, making the lamp feel warm and architectural rather than stark.

Viewed from the front, the broad circular steel disc creates a quiet backdrop for the white glass shade. The globe projects gently from the surface, adding depth and a subtle shadow around the centre, so the lamp reads as a decorative wall feature even before it is switched on.

With a 14 cm projection, the fixture has enough volume to feel substantial while remaining practical for hallways, bedrooms and living spaces. The 50 x 50 cm format works well as a single statement beside a bed, above a console table or repeated in pairs along a larger wall.

The G9 lampholder is intended for an LED bulb up to 8 W, giving you freedom to choose the light tone that suits the room. A warm white bulb will enhance the beige surface and create a relaxed evening mood, while a more neutral bulb will make the rounded silhouette look crisper and more graphic.

The combination of steel and glass gives the design a clean, durable feel, while the IP20 rating makes it suitable for dry indoor areas. Its restrained colour and simple circular form allow it to sit comfortably in modern, soft industrial and minimalist interiors without disappearing into the wall.
