Frequently asked questions
When does the Black Friday sale run?
From 27 November 00:00 to 30 November 23:59, Lithuanian time. Cyber Monday is included.
Do I need a discount code?
No. The discount is applied to the price automatically: the product card, the product page and the cart already show the reduced price.
Which price is struck through?
The struck price is the product's lowest price in the 30 days before the discount started. The discount percentage is measured from it as well.
When will my order arrive?
The delivery time is shown on every product page and in the cart, before you pay. Some products ship from the manufacturer's warehouse, so they take longer.
Can sale items be returned?
Yes. Sale items have the same terms as any other: you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery without giving a reason.
